What we do

We are twelve members in our unit together with our leader and each CHP latest home visits 100 households every month to check on their healthy status.
The greatest job for chps,is to identify any health problem in the community, report it to the necessary authority,or refer to the facility.
Do linkages.
Mobilize during any service intake on health.
Also do follow ups on any health issue and other community problem.
